Merla Moto offers free shipping on any order over $90. Plus most orders are backed up by our 14-day return policy, however some exclusions apply! Need to know more, here's the answers to the most common questions about our shipping and returns policies. For anything not answered, please get in touch.

Shipping

Standard Delivery
Free on orders $90 and over, and $8 on all other orders.

Express Delivery
Free on orders $150 and over, and $12 on all other orders.

Exclusions
We ship globally with the exception of: Cote d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, North Korea, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Rwanda, Sierra Leone & Sudan.

We ship from our 3 warehouses - Sydney, Australia and Ireland, UK and North Dakota, USA. Standard shipping rates from these locations are approximately:

AUSTRALIA

Australia: 2-4 days

New Zealand: 3-5 days

South East Asia: 5-10 days

UK

United Kingdom: 2- 4 days

Western Europe: 3-5 days

Eastern Europe: 5-7 days

USA

North America: 2-4 days

South America: 5-10 days

Merla Moto cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is placed. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer.

Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.

Returns

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, submit a return request using the contact form on the website and we will help you exchange or return the item. Once Customer Service has reviewed your request you will receive an email containing instructions on how to return your item(s) to Merla Moto.

All sale items are non-refundable. If you're unhappy with your purchase, sale items can be returned for store credit EXCEPT in the case of warehouse sale items that are non refundable or returnable. All items in the warehouse sale are final sale - no returns, no refunds, no exchanges. Not in conjunction with any other offer. No further discounts applied. All efforts have been made to list any major faults and issues for each item. Please purchase warehouse sale items carefully.
